This project was a new build 3 storey modern health centre including a café, library and pharmacy. We undertook the electrical and mechanical package including the lighting control system, building management system, HVAC, security, fire alarm and car park lighting scheme.
We undertook the full design package on the project including the restrictions of BREEAM. The project received BREEAM excellent status.
